What Your Day Will Look Like
You will play a vital role in driving the sales process by offering potential clients technical expertise and strategic insights. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will identify customer needs, present and demonstrate our technical solutions, and contribute to successful sales engagements for our Cloud services.
You will
▪ Assist the sales team in understanding customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
▪ Engage with potential clients to gather and analyze their technical needs and requirements.
▪ Develop technical solutions to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
▪ Write detailed technical proposals explaining how our solutions and services will help customers meet their requirements and needs.
▪ Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations of our solutions and services.
▪ Work with the product development and engineering teams to ensure that proposed solutions are feasible and align with service capabilities.
▪ Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to support the sales process.
▪ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
What Your Day Will Not Look Like
▪ Performing tasks unrelated to the sales process or technical support.
▪ Working in isolation without collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams.
▪ Engaging in purely administrative tasks that do not contribute to sales success.
Your Profile

▪ Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Cloud, AI or Data Science technologies and related technical solutions.
▪ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
▪ Sales Acumen: Understanding the sales process and contributing to successful sales engagements.
▪ Proposal Writing: Proven ability to write detailed and compelling technical offers and proposals.
▪ Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and challenges.
▪ Team Player: Ability to work well with others and support the team’s goals.
Bonus Points If You Have
▪ Previous Experience: Prior experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, particularly in the cloud or AI industry.
▪ Certifications: Relevant technical certifications.
▪ Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
