Your day includes operational management and strategic planning, focusing on customer satisfaction, team management, and cost optimization. In a dynamic environment, you quickly create clarity, identify core issues, and eliminate distractions. You develop plans, mobilize the team, and ensure everything runs smoothly, from security and compliance to staffing matters and product development.

  • Strategic execution
    • Translating our vision and strategic goals into actionable plans.
    • Accelerating quality execution across the organization in alignment with our long-term objectives.
  • People Management
    • Leading the operational organization.
    • Talent management—recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
    • Promoting effective communication and collaboration across all levels.
    • Ensuring a high and consistent level of performance.
  • Operational excellence
    • Driving key business functions such as product development, service operations, and customer service.
    • Implementing systems and processes that enhance our customer experience, quality, availability, and efficiency.
  • Risk Management
    • Identifying and assessing risks, then developing solutions, mitigations, and response processes to address them.

How your day will not look like

  • Carrying out routine administrative tasks unrelated to our mission.
  • Making unilateral decisions without consulting stakeholders or team members.
  • Working in isolation without interaction with the strategic leadership team, project teams, or stakeholders.

  • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in a COO role or a similar position, with a background in the IT or technology sector.
    • Experience managing fast-growing, technology-driven organizations.
    • Proven track record of planning and managing complex projects from start to finish.
    • Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency, particularly in fast-growing technology environments.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, product development, and customer service..
  • Customer Focus: A customer-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality support and services, emphasizing long-term value creation
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Teamplayer: Ability to collaborate effectively with other leaders within the organization (CEO and CFO) and engage with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
