What Your Day Will Look Like

You will be crucial in analyzing business processes, translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and strategic recommendation, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. on You will collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs, develop analytical solutions, and ensure the effective use of data across the organization.

In the first period your analytical skills are required for the design, set up and testing of the new ERP system that Nebul is planning to implement. Simple, data driven and highly automated processes should be part of the ERP implementation of which you will be a key member. You will also take responsibility for the financial administration. Finally youwill take ownership in compliance, subsidy and tender processes. The role reports to the Finance Director.

You will

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Use statistical methods and data visualization tools to present findings.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose data-driven AI solutions to enhance productivity and performance across the organization.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide strategic insights that support business development and competitive positioning.
• Take ownership for the financial administration and assure monthly reporting is prepared and discussed.
• Work together with the Finance Director to get to a successful ERP implementation which enables our European expansion.
• Design and build scalable in order to enable future growth.
• Support during ad-hoc processes like tenders, grant applications as well as certification processes like ISO 27000, 27017, 27018 and NEN-7510.

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Flexible mindset: your role will consist out of a combination of projects and monthly tasks in a company with great ambition

Bonus Points If You Have

• Fiscal and or Legal experience: experience in the area of VAT, CIT and/or statutory requirements.
• International experience: experience working with other cultures, tax schemes as well as legal requirements inside Europe.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the cloud services or technology industry.
