What is the minimum subscription term?

This is an evaluation; you get access to everything you need for a time-fixed period (one month is standard). This evaluation is under no circumstances a subscription, and there will be no automatic start of a subscription at the end of the evaluation period.

Can we prolong our evaluation if we need more time?

You can prolong evaluation by upgrading to a pay-as-you-go subscription. This way you are able to prolong the evaluation as long as you need without the need of signing a long-term contract.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pre-pay your capacity without a credit check or pay by the bank at the end of each month after credit approval.

 

What if we need more expert guidance or support
